Transforming Travel Management Through Embedding Terrific Tech

With an increasing complex business travel environment and myriad of priorities which need to be delivered on there is no doubt that resource and bandwidth will remain a fundamental challenge as we look at the future of travel management.

To deliver a purposeful Travel Programme which supports an organisations’ accelerated business priorities there is no doubt Travel Managers will need to review what they do and how they do it, alongside their TMC partners. This is where technology – both advancements in existing technologies and new entrants to the industry can prove their worth by taking some elements of the ‘to do’ list away and presenting a solution which supports not only efficiencies but also creates space for a new era of truly strategic travel management.

Flying High

During this session we will investigate what scope 3 emissions are and how as an industry we must truly collaborate and remove competitive barriers to working together to address and truly make a difference.

We all have a united goal to protect our planet and that we have limited time to act. We must all take individual responsibility and look at how we can take steps to leave as little of a travel footprint as we can whilst continuing to deliver the multitude of economic and social benefits our industry delivers.

During this session we will hear what scope 3 emissions are, how we can address them and build measurable goals alongside the reality of SAF and where that fits in to any responsible ‘plan’.

Neurodiversity & Air Travel

Are travellers’ neurodiversity needs truly being met throughout the air travel journey? What more must be done to ensure that airlines and their service models fully accommodate travellers with diverse cognitive, sensory, and communication needs? As part of our ongoing commitment to support our wonderfully diverse community, we continue to work with partners across the travel ecosystem to inspire genuinely inclusive programmes, products, and services. Following our recent webinar exploring Neurodiversity & the Airport Traveller Experience, this follow-up session turns the focus to Airlines & Neurodiversity. We will look at the onboard experience, pre-flight communication, crew training, seating and cabin considerations, environmental triggers, and the practical steps airlines are taking — or need to take — to support neurodiverse travellers more effectively. Join Tiffany Casson of Inntel as she leads a discussion with accessibility experts Anna-Ruth Cockerham and Christianna Best, sharing lived experiences, current initiatives, and opportunities for meaningful improvement within the airline environment.
