As our industry looks towards a return of global business travel it could be argued that we need to think differently to succeed in the post-pandemic era of corporate travel. For many of us our organisations and both our work & personal lives may have changed dramatically since the onset of the pandemic. This also plays true for the majority of our customers and particularly as it relates to their travel programmes and travelling community, many who will not have travelled in over 18 months.
So what does this mean as we return to the office and to our corporate sales roles? Do we have the right tools and insight in place to drive the best return for ourselves, our businesses and our customers? Many of us are likely to walk back into a business that has resized and reset with new priorities and potentially customer propositions. As such re-igniting and re-building connections, both internally and externally, will be critical and we will all need the confidence and insight to be able to do this successfully.
This workshop will focus on the value of you and how you can reignite your selling expertise in whatever the post-pandemic global business travel environment may be. It will build on the previous consultative selling training session that was delivered by SBR Consulting in January 2021 and look to provide you with the tools to support your successful impact on your customers and for your business as the return to travel gains momentum.
