With over 25 years’ experience in corporate travel and expense management, I bring a practical, people-centred approach to an industry that continues to evolve at pace. I’m passionate about building travel programmes that are efficient, well-governed, and genuinely work for the people who use them every day. I currently lead the Global Travel function at Flutter Entertainment, supporting one of the world’s largest and most dynamic sports entertainment and gaming organisations. I’m responsible for the strategic direction and end-to-end delivery of a global travel programme that enables fast-paced, complex business activity across multiple regions and markets. My focus is on elevating the travel function through scalable processes, strong governance, and a consistent, high-quality traveller experience worldwide. I lead and mentor a global team and work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, HR, Legal, Security, and Procurement to ensure alignment with business priorities and duty-of-care obligations. A key part of my role is modernising how travel operates. I’m passionate about leveraging data, automation, and travel technology to improve visibility, strengthen compliance, and support smarter decision-making, while keeping the traveller experience at the centre. I also manage strategic supplier relationships across airlines, hotels, TMCs, and technology partners to deliver sustainable value and continuous improvement.
