In May this year, ITM hosted the largest and most successful conference in its 63-year history. The event at the Brighton Hilton Metropole attracted some 535 delegates and the level of positive feedback gathered by the post-event survey was unprecedented. Following the event, ITM announced its intention to hold the 2020 conference at a brand new facility, ICC Wales. However, during early planning we identified some new objectives that required us to switch to an alternative location.

Given the success of this year’s event, and based upon delegate feedback, we are delighted to announce that we will now return to Brighton Hilton Metropole in May 2020. We are confident this decision will be popular with our membership, which now stands at more than 4,000 industry colleagues.

The new date for the ITM Conference is 12th-13th May 2020. We look forward to delivering an event that continues to raise the bar for our thriving community as part of our mission to inform, educate, connect and inspire them.
