ITM Top Priorities Report 2022
ITM conducted a buyer member survey to learn more about the travel management prioritise in 2022, and to identify trends to support planning and decision making.
In 2021, ITM surveyed approximately 80 buyer members with a range of travel spends to establish their biggest priorities for the year. The confidential questionnaire comprised of 26 questions covering topics such as core priorities, M&E spend, the TMC model, EU regulations, Sustainability, Tendering Strategies, and the changing role of the Travel Manager.
